Public pricing describes the available-to-review offer. Product access and purchasing are not open yet.
Make the engagement explicit.
A pilot needs its own agreed supported workflow, scope and terms. The website is not a data-processing agreement.

Information status
Refinery is a product under development. The website explains the intended product direction, current trust principles, and controlled design-partner approach. It does not promise that every described capability, connector, date, or workflow is generally available.
No offer or service agreement
Website content and a pilot enquiry do not create a contract, account, license, service level, data-processing relationship, or obligation to accept a pilot. Any pilot or paid service would require separate written scope, commercial, security, privacy, and technical terms.
Launch pricing and existing agreements
The Free, Builder and Team prices and early-adopter terms describe the planned offer; nothing is purchasable today. Prices exclude VAT; BYOK model charges and source-system costs are separate. Usage allowances are being finalized for launch. Team's wider database coverage remains planned / early access.
Founding pilots require release and partner approval. The subsequent 50% platform discount lasts 12 months, then regular renewal prices apply: Builder €99/month and Team €399/month when available. No lifetime discount or stacking. These website changes do not amend any existing signed or customer-specific agreement.
Permitted use
You may use the website for ordinary evaluation and contact. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security controls, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, or use the public form to send spam, secrets, credentials, or sensitive production records.
Accuracy and changes
Refinery aims to keep the public description honest and current, but design-partner information may change as the product is tested. Connector posture, availability, release timing, and product scope must be confirmed directly before you rely on them.
Intellectual property
The website design, text, brand assets, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Refinery unless stated otherwise. You may link to public pages and quote short portions with attribution, but you may not present Refinery materials or marks as your own.
External services
Email, hosting, and links may involve third-party services with their own terms. Refinery is not responsible for content or availability on websites it does not control.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this website is provided for general information without a guarantee that it is uninterrupted or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
