Information status

Refinery is a product under development. The website explains the intended product direction, current trust principles, and controlled design-partner approach. It does not promise that every described capability, connector, date, or workflow is generally available.

No offer or service agreement

Website content and a pilot enquiry do not create a contract, account, license, service level, data-processing relationship, or obligation to accept a pilot. Any pilot or paid service would require separate written scope, commercial, security, privacy, and technical terms.

Permitted use

You may use the website for ordinary evaluation and contact. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security controls, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, or use the public form to send spam, secrets, credentials, or sensitive production records.

Accuracy and changes

Refinery aims to keep the public description honest and current, but design-partner information may change as the product is tested. Connector posture, availability, release timing, and product scope must be confirmed directly before you rely on them.

Intellectual property

The website design, text, brand assets, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Refinery unless stated otherwise. You may link to public pages and quote short portions with attribution, but you may not present Refinery materials or marks as your own.
